Job Description
  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Dealing with e-mail inquiries from employees and other departments
  • Keeping the office supplies stock and placing orders when necessary
  • Maintaining office efficiency by arranging repairs
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g. issuing visitor badges; maintaining visitor badges within the system)
  • Organizing social events for local employees
  • Creating and presenting reports for senior managers
  • Verifying and sending invoices
  • Keeping databases in check and updating them regularly
  • Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems
  • Cooperation with the Manager (reporting to the Manager)
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Experience in a Customer Service
  • High personal culture
  • Communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • English and Polish speaking and writing skills proficient enough to support conversations with the team members and employees
  • Familiarity with Google Worspace or Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
